We promise to update you on our progress in meeting your staffing requirements within 30 Minutes of your original call to us.

A true 24-hour service

We offer a true 24-hour service, 365 days a year. All calls to our local branches are re-directed to our 24-hour call centre outside of office hours, which is staffed around the clock. Once there, our sophisticated computer systems are able to access the Client & Staff information ensuring you receive the best quality service.

Account Managers

You want a person who understands your needs and the type of staff you require. Every 1st Alternative Medical Staffing branch has a dedicated account manager for Clients to ensure there is a single point of contact for all your needs.

Management Information

Managing the cost of using temporary staff can be a time-consuming business. We have in place a system of management reports that will illustrate your usage of 1st Alternative Medical Staffing on a Weekly or monthly basis.

No Hidden Costs

Our charge rates are fully inclusive, and include extras such as Employers NIC, agency commission, and VAT where applicable. The clarity of our charge structure means that you can make truly informed decisions about the cost of using agencies, many of whom add on hidden costs in their final invoice to you.

Preferred Provider Discounts

Where a Client wishes to work with 1stams on a long term basis by appointing us as a preferred provider, we offer a range of discounts to reflect this commitment to our service.

Transportation of Staff

Whenever needed we have a fleet of vehicles on standby to drop Staff on days where Public transport appears low and in emergencies, this is provided at no extra costs.
